Private, duet, and group sessions are available by appointment. Sessions and classes are 55 minutes in length.
The customary 24-hour cancellation notice for sessions is greatly appreciated. You will be charged for cancellations with less then 24-hours notice and for missed appointments.
All packages expire a maximum of six months from date of purchase unless otherwise specified. All packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Group Equipment Classes utilize the Reformer, Springboards, TRX, and other small equipment. Smaller classes of five or less help optimize your workout by allowing more interaction and feedback from the instructor.

Private Sessions
Private sessions are customized to meet personal fitness goals, rid the body of tension, improve posture, core strength, flexibility, stamina, spine stability, and physical health. These sessions provide important tools to aid in recovering from and preventing injuries and illness, maintaining health during pregnancy, regaining strength after child birth, training for an athletic activity or event, and overall body sculpting.

Expiration:
All packages have expiration periods. From date of purchase: Five Packages, 2-months; Ten Packages 4-months; 20 Packages 6-months.

Payment:
For all sessions, payment is expected at the time of the appointment or in advance of your appointment time. We currently accept check, cash, & visa/mastercard.
Online Scheduling:

Group Classes Instructor substitution:
Instructors may be substituted without notice.
Fragrance Free-Zone:
The studio is a fragrance-free zone.. Please refrain from using perfume or strongly scented lotions as some individuals have allergies to these products.
Mobile phones:
We ask that you help us maintain a focused and peaceful environment by refraining from using cell phones during your visit. Please turn off all phones, PDAs and pagers before entering the studio.
Attire:
Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move easily in. We recommend wearing socks. Please wear warm layers of clothing during the colder months.
