Savor the Summer

Growing up in Michigan meant that summer was filled with warm, sticky days by the lake that extended into warm summer nights filled with every outdoor activity imaginable. After hibernating all winter long, everyone finds a way to stay up late and fill their days with good times. Here in San Francisco, we are blessed with decent weather year round but the summer months bring back the days of longer sunny hours. We naturally have more energy during this time, getting up earlier and going to bed later. Our bodies feel more alive and rejuvenated. Summer is an excellent time to try something new physically or to devote more time to the activities you already love. Running, golf, tennis, cycling, swimming and of course Pilates, GYROTONIC and CORE. Get out there to enjoy the long hours of summer while sculpting a lean summer body that is strong and balanced.
