Meet Holly

I've been studying Pilates for almost two decades. I teach at my studios, Blue Sparrow Pilates, San Francisco, CA. I'm passionate about teaching and I'm living proof that you can live your dream of using the Pilates method to help your community become healthier, happier and more fit.
